My experience as a licensed Realtor allows me to see your home from the buyers point of view-I know what they're looking for! 3. Restyle with existing pieces
4. Suggest paint colors, as needed

It is up to you, the client, to decide how best to utilize my services. I'm happy to focus on one area the entire time, or help with this and that!

Fees for this service are:
$175 up to 2 hours
$300 up to 4 hours

If you need something simpler, or if your house needs a lot of attention, I'm happy to give you an estimate for additional time and services!

$75 first hour, $38.50 per hour afterwards. $30/hour drive time

*Please note I do charge 55 cents per mile if I travel outside of the Columbia city limits during this process. I often travel to surrounding areas such as Boonville, Rocheport, Mexico, Fulton, and Harrisburg to find such pieces.

30 Minute Virtual Consult $50- It's up to you on how to utilize me-take me on a tour of your home, show me ideas you have, or ask me as many questions as you can think of! Includes follow-up email with specific suggestions discussed on our virtual call, as well as follow-up questions that you may have.
45 Minute virtual Consult $75- Includes follow-up email with specific suggestions discussed on our virtual call, as well as follow-up questions that you may have.
